Ep. 144: Cryptids, Ghost Hunting, and Haunted Houses

Join Stefanie and Rachel A. as they talk about their favorite cryptids, ghost hunting, and the many benefits of visiting haunted houses - even for kiddos. Also, come walk our Spooky Trail at Bartholomew County Public Library's annual Fall Festival held this year at our Downtown location! Here's the link to the ghost hunting video Rachel and I talked about recording back in 2020: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=B3lsoehV_K0 The podcast recording where Rachel talks in more detail about the haunting experiences she's had: https://mybcpl.libsyn.com/ep-131-columbus-hauntings This is the link to "Haunting Mysteries at the Bartholomew County Library: Paranormal Encounters and a Mysterious Grave" by Evel Ogilville. Please note, getting more than a basic introduction to this requires a subscription (which has nothing to do with BCPL), or a 7-day free trial. This took place in 2024, and I'm not sure exactly what was filmed or what conclusions were drawn from this. https://www.paraholics.com/p/haunting-mysteries-at-the-bartholomew?utm_source=publication-search Finally, the totally legit picture I took of the Loch Ness Monster!

Several of the games mentioned can be found and played at https://archive.org/details/softwarelibrary_msdos_games.
