<p>Instead of healing the, an evil doctor decides to use his mental patients in gruesome experiments, and ends up being killed by a not-quite-so-evil colleague for his trouble. Instead of calling the police like the sensible man he's supposed to be, the doctor just barricade the room to the evil lab and calls it a day.
