You know I don't edit. So this episode is a part 1 and part 2 because I PUSHED the check mark, not pause. Which created a whole new recording. Because I use ease! I record on my phone with a simple APP! This is how life should be, easy and aligned to your life. Be intentional about what you're doing! I know that the easier I make my podcast, the more likely I am to do it! I don't need a team, I just need to expand, be intentional, and figure it out. Now this episode and the part 2...

Parenthood Tips & Tricks Part 2
...con't from part 1. You cannot wake up one day when your child is 15 and decided you'll now do the work. You can, I lied, you can, but dont' expect it to be as if you have foundationally set them up to have a good relationship with you. However! You starting at ANY age, 15...25...40 is better than never. They just want to know, as you heal this relationship, that you're aware, and hear them. That you validate their experience and make the changes to do better, because you now know better.&n...

Homeschooling for Middle School
I knew my daughter would be homeschooled for middle school. Once we completed her middle school homeschool time, I knew the boys would be too. Emotional intelligence isn't taught in school. Bullying isn't addressed as teachers are at their capacity as is and aren't trained in areas you think they might be. They're of course brilliant, but kept back from their passions through the system. Dive into why I decided to homeschool (if no other time than middle school). Follow me on Instagram Dm Qu...

A lesson in being human
A lesson in being human and empathy. These thoughts were just afternoon balcony thoughts that as I started speaking of the weather and getting into the swing of things, it became apparent that the topic was going to get a little deeper than that. Don't forget to leave a review and as always feedback is welcome. I will put a link here in future show notes to opt into my email list! It's not here yet, but just you wait. Also keep an eye out on insta and here where I will be giving more de...

HEY!!! Remember when I said my episodes were less than 20 minutes and I like to keep them bite sized. WELL not this one. She takes YOUR human design and uncovers the magic for marketing and communicating, even connecting, with your audience through your human design! It's truly amazing. Hope & What's Happening Today: Shifting the Mindset - Unity & Hope for Humanity
*** WARNING *** This episode may be triggering. I do not go into politics but we do discuss my outlook on humanity, the world, the need for unity and that for change sometimes we have to go through the pain, uncomfortable road, that we least expected. Ever have a catalyst for change not begin with difficulties or tests that we had to push through, lessons to be learned and a complete overhaul of life? I know for every new beginning in my life, weather a complete shift, or 180, there a...

Rage! How it benefits Women, Motherhood & More!
Moving through rage is essential as we store so many emotions! I remember thinking that my healing journey would be a piece of cake. Or rather, I would feel my emotions and move on. WRONG! Rage... the mixture of all my unfelt emotions! The need to feel it, express it, let it out, and know that we can do this in our own safe space. And REMEMBER! We don't have to express our emotions onto others, or take our emotions out on people, they are ours to release in a way that doesn't inflict furth...

Curated Community & Friendships - YOU NEED THEM JAJA
First... JAJA like... JAJA DING DONG (from eurovision) it's what me and the kids say when we wanna say someone is a ding dong, we just say 'they're jaja' hahaa (pronounced yaya fyi). Moving on! You need community, curate it! These don't even have to be people you talk to all the time, or call all the time, just people you know who pop up during the hard times and celebratory times. Don't have a community for something you're going thru? FIND ONE!!! SEEK ONE OUT! I also go into friends...

Limiting Beliefs - Whack em in the face!!!
This episode talks about limiting beliefs and examples of them, how they might shape our reality, how we might work through them and create new beliefs, etc. We dive into the fact that JUST awknoledging a belief we realize we have that is no longer serving us, can begin to change our world! I also go off here and there as a way for my LadyHD brain to let itself be known. ENJOY! It's sweet, short, only a tad random, but most of all AWESOME LIKE MEEEE! ***I can't remember if I said an...

But seriously we dive deep into WHY the sisterhood bond is so important in healing and what it looks like wounded, and what it looks like healing it. I am so happy to share this episode. You will hear about how unconditionally loved you are by the women in your life and that if you feel you don't have people like that, you can, you will, you are capable of having it. Home or Public School... Your kid will be fine!
I talk about how school for me wasn't the greatest experience, how homeschooling my boys is going, how my daughter in public high school is doing after home schooling in middle school and how in the end... It's ALL for a reason and our kids will be ok! They are going to go through their experiences that are needed for where they are going in life! Perspective Shifts & Expansion
Episode 2 I JUST recorded so my LadyHD self remembers what's in it! YAY! This episode includes perspective shifts and accepting the challenges of not being in control, trusting what's to come and having empathy not just towards others, but ourselves. Examples of patience, understanding being unbothered, finding out what we can do for ourselves to help such processes and overall being aware that we aren't alone and so much of life is relatable. This episode is for you to take aw...

A Random First Episode
As explained in the episode, I will let you know when an episode is random and this one is certainly random! This episode let's you know a little bit about what to expect in listening to the podcast but also get a feel for me! In this episode I honestly don't remember what it's about because I have LadyHD (Lady ADHD) and so here we are. Enjoy! This podcast is as I call a raw dawg podcast! I do not edit, I do not add music, and what's an intro but something I always have to skip...
