Ranting with Myself! - Self Love & Confidence -
Being able to love yourself and to be confident with who you are is something most of us struggle with, but that doesn’t mean it's something we can’t do! In this episode, I talked a little bit about my journey of what I did in order to start loving myself and to gain the confidence that I have today. I also mentioned how the little things - like giving yourself cute compliments - can actually change the way you see yourself. In this episode, my friend Marwan and I talked about 2 important things most of us go through or experience during our lives. The first one being depression and the other one being drugs. We started talking a little bit about both issues and talked about our personal experience. I talked a little about my depression phase and what has caused it while he talked about how he got into doing drugs (but isnt addicted). In today's episode, me and one of the nicest people I’ve ever talked to- Andrew Riad- talked about a very important topic (also appears to be Andrew’s personal favorite) - toxic masculinity. What is toxic masculinity and how did this word become a trait in some men? We also ranted a little about how the teenagers of this generation are capable of making a huge change and how woke they are! An example would be the teenagers and youth of Egypt, with how much noise they are making to take action and for their voices to be heard!!
