He Scored 38 Premier League Goals. The NFF Silenced Him. Now He Talks. | Rash4Christ Episode 14

Peter Osaze Odemwingie won the AFCON. He scored 30 Premier League goals. He was Player of the Month three times at West Brom. And then came the QPR car park moment that turned a legend into a punchline. In this episode, Osaze breaks a silence that's lasted since he walked away from football and picked up a golf club instead. We go there — the tension with Stephen Keshi, the rumours around Samson Siasia and Joseph Yobo, what he really saw inside the NFF, and why he chose university degrees and a golf course over punditry. But underneath all of it is one question: if his name literally means "God chooses for you," how do you hold onto that when everything God is choosing looks like humiliation? This is a testimony. TIMESTAMPS 2:13 – Introduction 5:20 – The name "Osaze" 18:44 – Having boldness 31:15 – Football and its influence 37:25 – African football and technicality 42:00 – Why Nigeria struggle in the World Cup 56:45 – Life after football 58:20 – Why golf? 1:04:10 – Education 1:04:10 – Education 1:05:37 – Managing three degrees 1:10:57 – Footballers and administrative positions 1:13:06 – Why Nigerian footballers run from the NFF 1:20:05 – Things that need to change in the NFF 1:26:22 – Advice to young footballers 1:36:43 – Money or passion 1:39:54 – Salvation message 1:44:40 – Mentorship If this episode moves you, share it with one young footballer, one person fighting a system right now, one person who needs to know their silence is not the end of their story. 🔔 Subscribe — new episodes drop soon, and you don't want to miss who's next. 💬 Drop a comment: Was Osaze treated unfairly by the NFF and Stephen Keshi?
