<p>Born in Peru, Rafael Estrada immigrated to the United States and had to earn everything he has today. Arriving at 14 years old and not speaking a word of English, Rafael had to catch up to his peers right at the start of high school.<br> <br> And away from school, he worked where he could, as he didn’t have the proper documentation at the time. But he made his circumstances work and that attitude carried over to his real estate career.<br> <br> Influenced by his father, Rafael’s dad would encourage and empower Rafael’s entrepreneurial spirit, so much so that just after two semesters of college, Rafael dropped out and got into banking. And it was in a house flipping convention (with his father) that Rafael began to really see the profits in real estate. He was bitten by the bug and the rest is history.<br> <br> Up to date, Rafael owns seven rental properties and has made over a million dollars in profits in his flips.
