Der berühmte Kongressbau aus den 1970ern liegt direkt am Verkehrsknotenpunkt Autobahndreieck Funkturm und ist dank seiner Größe und der futuristischen High-Tech Architektur nicht zu übersehen. Während die Stadt aus allen Nähten platzt, stehen hier 200.000 m² leer. In dieser Folge erfahrt ihr, was das ICC für ein Gebäude ist, warum es leer steht, welche Ideen es für eine Nachnutzung gibt und wie mögliche Wege dahin aussehen könnten.
