Fast ein Jahr lang hat Corona Hotels und die Gastronomie lahm gelegt. Nun sinken die Inzidenzwerte und mit kleinen Schritten kommt die Normalität zurück. Für das Schlosshotel Gehrden bedeutet das, dass es wieder das beliebte Kuchenbuffet gibt und dieses noch umfangreicher geworden ist. Ines und Thorsten haben sich auf der großzügigen Terrasse getroffen und schauen, worauf die Gäste sich freuen können. Die Himbeertorte spielt dabei eine nicht ganz unwichtige Rolle.

Ein Urlaub im Hotel Schloss Gehrden im Kreis Höxter biete viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. In dieser Folge schauen sich Ines Claus und Thorsten Tromm die Schlossbrauerei Rheder an. Ein kurzer Spaziergang zum geschichtsträchtigen Gelände der Brauerei ist aber nicht alles. Anschließend geht es zur Modellbundesbahn. Die Modellbahnanlage gilt weit über die Grenzen von Ostwestfalen-Lippe als eine der detailgetreusten Modellbahn-Anlagen. Zwei Ausflugsziele die man gesehen haben muss.
