After a decade in corporate as a consultant I am letting go of having the answers. I am welcoming a curious mind and raw honest conversations about what we need for people and businesses to thrive together. I work with supporting leaders and their teams to create healthy courageous cultures. I strongly believe we need to slow down and realise that we need a radical change in leadership development and that there is a need for more vulnerability, relational skills and courage. But how do we do it? Why is it so hard? I will be diving into conversation with inspiring people about this! Come along

Toxic Behaviors in leadership and teams, with Inger Beate Botheim

In this episode I talk with Executive and Team Coach Inger Beate Botheim. We deep dive into the topic of Toxic Behaviors in the workplace and teams. These are often referred to as Team Toxins and are behaviors we all have, consciously and unconsciously and that makes us relate in less sophisticated ways at work or at home.

What characterizes toxic behaviors? What are the most common ones and how do they show up? How do we work with them in teams and leadership development?

We share how we work on normalizing these behaviors and make it safe to talk about in the workplace when we develop teams. As we are passionate about understanding human behaviors and ourselves, we share our own favorite toxic behaviors that we have a tendency to use (yes, we still got them). This is really about awareness, normalizing these behaviors and bringing them to the surface.

To read more about Inger Beate Botheim and the services Viib offers, check out their web page:

https://viib.no/

Womb Wisdom. Reconnecting to the body's feedback system with Chocolako Agburu

In this episode I speak with Chocolako Agburu about connecting to the wisdom of the body and the womb. As a Nigerian-American, she was the first in her family's lineage to not have an arranged marriage. We follow her story of believing in the power of choice.

What happens when life throws a challenge at you and forces you to pause. What options are available?

Finding a tumor in her womb sent her off on years of research and study of the rhythms of the female body to understand her options, though connecting the latest research to the ancient wisdom from Mayan women in Mexico. This sparked a calling to help women connect to the rhythms of womanhood. We talk about the importance of seeking counsel in major life decisions, and learning to pause and listen to your body's whispers and the body's feedback system.

Chocolako brings a unique blend of spiritual wisdom and professional expertise.
