شوه رايكم نصوم؟
<p>رمضان يمر بسرعة .. </p><p>والسؤال الحقيقي: عن شو صمنا بالضبط؟</p><p>هل تغيّر فينا شي؟ ولا بس امتنعنا عن الطعام وبقت قلوبنا مثل ما هي؟</p><p>هالحلقة دعوة صادقة نراجع أنفسنا، ونعيد تعريف الصوم .. </p><p>كتهذيب للنفس، وتنقية للقلب، وقرب حقيقي من الله.</p><p>يمكن نكتشف إن أصعب صيام .. هو صيام القلب، </p><p>ولكنه يصير هيّن إذا استعننا بالله</p><p>اللهم أعننا على ذكرك وشكرك وحسن عبادتك.</p>

"وفي ذلك فليتنافس المتنافسون" .. بس فـ شو؟
<p>شو التنافس اللي صدق يستاهل؟</p><p>نحن في وقت صارت فيه التنافسية في كل زاوية: في الشغل، في الدراسة، في المحتوى، في التجارة، في المظاهر .. وكلنا بشر. نغار، ونقارن، ونحس إننا متأخرين. بس في لحظه صدق، وسط زحمة الحياة، وقفت وتأملت آية:</p><p><strong>"وفي ذلك فليتنافس المتنافسون."</strong></p><p>وسألت نفسي .. إذا التنافس خلق فيني شعور سلبي، فهل أنا أتنافس على الشي الصح؟</p><p>في هذي الحلقة، نفتح قلوبنا على أعمق شعور: الغيرة اللي نحاول نغلفها تحت مسمى "إلهام"، والمقارنة اللي تتعبنا أكثر مما تدفعنا. ونفهم، من خلال تأملات في واقعنا وهالآية، إن في شي واحد فقط، هو اللي يستاهل نحط طاقتنا وعزمنا وتنافسنا فيه ..</p><p>🎧 حلقة فيها صدق ومواجهة، خذوا نفس، واسمعوها من القلب.</p>

<p>01 | سلسلة تأملات ذو الحجة</p><p>وقفت عند مشهد بيوت تُبنى في فريجنا "حارتنا"، وسرحت بفكري صوب البيوت اللي تُبنى لنا في الجنة في نفس اللحظه .. بيوت كل واحد فينا قاعد يعمّرها بأعماله، بنواياه، بلحظات خفية ما حد يدري عنها إلا الله.</p><p>سألت نفسي: وين وصلت في بنا بيتي هناك؟ وهل فعلاً نعيش وكأننا نخطط ونرتب لـ مسكننا الأبدي .. ولا ضيّعنا الطريق في زحمة الدنيا؟</p><p>"تفكر بسيط .. لكنه يفتح باب كبير لقلوبنا عشان تتفكر، وتختار رحلتها في هالدنيا بـ نية أعظم. استمعو وشاركوني التفكر.. لعل الله يتقبل هالعمل منا و تكون هالحلقه أول "طابوقه نحطها مع بعض في بيوتنا.</p>
