خدای متعال زن را آفرید تا مونس و همدم مناسب برای مرد باشد. زن بهترین همکار برای مرد است. زن باید طرف محبت و نوازش قرار بگیرد، نه طرف نفرت و خشم. به همین شکل در جامعه ای که زن در آن سهیم نباشد، در آن جامعه رفاه و آسایش وجود نخواهد داشت. زن نهتنها در حفظ و تقویت بنیان خانواده سهم بسزایی ایفا میکند، بلکه در پرورش فرزندان، ایجاد آرامش در خانه، و حتی در مدیریت اقتصادی و اجتماعی خانواده نیز نقشآفرین است. با تغییرات اجتماعی و فرهنگی، نقش زنان از محدودهی سنتی فراتر رفته و آنها در کنار مسئولیتهای خانوادگی، در عرصههای مختلف جامعه نیز حضور پررنگی دارند.

اجتماعی بودن
اجتماعی بودن به معنای حضور دائم در جمع نیست؛ بلکه یک مهارت ارتباطی است. این ویژگی شامل توانایی برقراری تعامل موثر، ایجاد روابط پایدار و درک متقابل دیگران است که نقش مهمی در سلامت روان، موفقیت شغلی و کیفیت زندگی ایفا میکند. چون انسان ذاتاً موجود اجتماعی است. خدا ما را طوری آفریده که با دیگران ارتباط داشته باشیم. وقتی جوان در جمع سالم قرار میگیرد، احساس تعلق میکند. احساس میکند که دیده میشود، شنیده میشود و ارزش دارد. این موضوع برای رشد شخصیتی خیلی مهم است. در جمع، جوان یاد میگیرد چگونه صحبت کند، چگونه گوش بدهد، چگونه احترام بگذارد و چگونه اختلاف نظرها را مدیریت کند. جوان در جمع فرصت پیدا میکند مهارتهای اجتماعی مثل همکاری، مسئولیتپذیری و حل مشکل را به شکل عملی تمرین کند. بودن در کنار دیگران باعث میشود طرز فکر انسان بازتر شود و یاد بگیرد دیدگاههای متفاوت را درک کند.
