Poor Things R2

Here comes Round 2 of the 2023 Oscar winning movie and 1992 novel, Poor Things. It’s the second round so there will be lots of spoilers so hopefully you read, watched, did both, neither or just decided to listen. This novel by Alasdair Gray and the movie starring Emma Stone, Willem Dafoe, Ramy Youssef and Mark Ruffalo was quite a discussion. We went a little longer on this episode as DeeAnn got long winded (anticipation for the movie or maybe too much wine).
Join us as we talk all things about the story and the comparisons between the book vs movie. Spoiler alert: the movie and the book have completely different endings and we will definitely let you know both.

Thanks for listening and please subscribe!
