The Unfolding Episode 35 Priest Judge Part Four
<p>“Then Yahweh Elohim took the man and he put him in the garden of Eden in order to serve it and in order to guard it.” (Gen. 2:15; my translation)</p> <p><br></p> <p>A priest-judge is a temple-guardian, commissioned by the LORD to guard His holy presence from evil and to execute judgment on anything unclean that would defile His holy temple.</p> <p><br></p> <p>As we listen and read, let’s keep in mind these points:</p> <p>1. Adam was a Priest-Judge </p> <p>2. Israel was a (Collective) Priest-Judge </p> <p>3. The Levites were a Priest-Judge </p> <p>4. Canaanite Conquest: Priest-Judgment in the Temple Land </p> <p>5.
