At least that's how it was for me. You will receive monthly impulses to contemplate on from a specific Plant Spirit, with inspirations on how to integrate their very practical wisdom in your everyday life.<br>In additional (infrequent) episodes, I will share my own insights as they drop in, how I myself implemented the month’s impulse or guest speakers, who share their thoughts and experiences with the Plant Spirits. Come with an open heart and a beginner's mind, as that is essential for experiencing the full potential of what may well be beyond the confines of your comfort zone. </p>

A Healing Meditation
<p><a target="_blank" href="https://www.buzzsprout.com/twilio/text_messages/2253495/open_sms">Send me a text and let me know your thoughts on this episode!</a></p><p>“Reading Nature” has reached the end of Season One and is going on a little break! ✨ <br/><br/>To bridge the gap, I am leaving you with a Healing Meditation that helps you reprogram your SubConscious mind while you sleep. If you are not faced with a health challenge, this meditation will help you keep it like that. 😉 And if you ARE currently facing a health challenge: know that your body is absolutely miraculous. ✨<br/><br/>Our cells are actually made to naturally repair themselves constantly. But stress prevents this mechanism quite effectively. In this meditation, I therefore guide you into a state of deep relaxation, starting with an evening ritual that I learned from <a href='https://www.pruneharris.com/energyforecast'>Prune Harris</a> and that I deeply love. 💗 From this space of gratitude, wholeness and relaxation, you will activate your natural healing mechanism on the cellular, epigenetic level. Once started, it will continue throughout the night and beyond.</p><p>The background music with 432Hz in the 1st part of the meditation calms down your whole system, and moves it from fight-flight-freeze into regeneration and prepares you for a wonderful night’s sleep. 💗 The theta frequencies in the 2nd part helps you go into heart coherence, a state of healing and deep regeneration. June '24: The Earth Chestnut
<p><a target="_blank" href="https://www.buzzsprout.com/twilio/text_messages/2253495/open_sms">Send me a text and let me know your thoughts on this episode!</a></p><p>#16 The <b>Earth Chestnut</b> (<em>Lathyrus tuberosus)</em> has a short and sweet message for us for June. Where past messages have invited us to consciously choose love over hate and fear and anger, this Plant Spirit is sharing with us that if you are listening to this, you have likely moved beyond that phase.</p><p>A little bit of background about this bright little perennial: apparently the tubers attached to its roots taste like sweet potato when baked. 😊 And apparently only this classification app calls it Earth chestnut 😅 and otherwise it’s known as tuberous pea or earthnut pea! She is an artist, writer, podcaster, and gentle activist.
