Podcast Overview

Ready for church is a podcast for Lutheran children and families. It is hosted by Ruby, a Lutheran teen who loves hymns, and her father, Pastor Sam. We know that getting a family ready for church can be difficult, and sometimes by the time you get there, you don’t want to go. We would like to offer this podcast, to listen to on the way to church, so that when you arrive, parents and children are prepared to listen and participate in the divine service. In our first series, Gladly Hear It, we discuss the readings for each upcoming Sunday, according to the 3 year Lectionary. Gladly Say It is our second series, where we discuss the components of the Liturgy found in Lutheran churches. Contact us directly at readyforchurch.podcast@gmail.com if you have any questions.
