[โฆ] So first of all, one of the most popular episodes that we had this year was called Survive till 2029, Question Mark. So it's no secret that multi -family has been under some pressure and it has been a tough time across the industry in this particular market. So this episode was about the fact that endurance and discipline is what investors need to have to navigate through the different phases of the real estate cycle. Now I believe the reason why it resonated so much with people was because people are looking for clarity and not just optimism and it's really important to have that as you have to adjust your expectations, maybe adjust your strategy a little bit and understand that survival is really a function of governance and operational control and not just luck.
