First of all, we look at that appraisal. We look for errors. And, you know, because that's, if you tell an appraiser, your opinion is wrong. Right. It's kind of hard to argue with someone's opinion. Exactly. So if you tell an appraiser, you have a fact on your appraisal wrong, that's going to be so let's say they miss some square footage or let's say a bedroom or a bathroom or the first thing if you have an appraiser property in a non -comparable area, right?
