She started MCC as an internal grass roots movement at her former employer, which quickly grew to over 300 employees within months. Shawnta has developed over a dozen workshops that use mindfulness techniques to solve complex business problems. She works with leaders who care about the mental wellbeing of their teams and believes that developing a mindful culture creates competitive advantages in the marketplace. Shawnta shares her journey to mindfulness and how it has transformed her life and those around her.
