COVID-19
Join Mark and Lisa to hear the fundamental facets of the real estate market along with other positive occurrences that are happening in our lives despite COVID-19. Learn a few of the reasons why those real estate fundamentals remain strong in Brevard county, the Space Coast, and several reasons that real estate remains a solid investment strategy as a retail buyer or investor. If you are experiencing feelings of uncertainty in the current environment that we find ourselves, well… you certainly are not all alone. As with all things this too shall pass in time. In the interim, we will likely experience increased listing inventory, but bear in mind our overall local Palm Bay/Melbourne/Titusville inventory was extremely low before this pandemic ( <3 month supply) and demand remains high. Our local market has the ability to weather this storm and absorb additional inventory that could actually stabilize our market. Stay calm, invest on.

Crane Creek Lofts
The downtown Melbourne south expansion is well underway to revitalization with the completion of a redevelopment project on Stone Street. This 11 unit apartment and mixed use building is now ready for occupancy. Mark and Lisa talk about this project in more detail and touch on some of the exciting happenings in the area including the new high speed train, streetscape project for both US1 and the south expansion, Riverview Park improvements and in the not so distant future the Crane Creek pedestrian bridge. All 11 units are affordable compared to area market rents which have continued to rise in a high demand market and 7 of the units are specifically marketed to potential residential tenants in the community who earn 80% of area median income for Brevard County.
