[…] What I've noticed here in Florida, and after speaking to some of my other agents, they're like upstate New York. What I find is that our Florida buyers and sellers, I would say sellers more so a little bit resistant to what's kind of happening, right? You know, everyone wants to be, get the most, right? And yet the market is just not yielding that, and the buyers are like, hey, we are recognizing this as a buyer's market. So I think buyers have taken advantage of the idea of them being able to see how much inventory is out here. So you got two different big whites, their spread of the spectrums, where you have one seller who's super, you know, resistant to the price adjustments that might be necessary to sell. […]
