"Stadt, Land, Stress? – Forschung zum Umzugsverhalten verschiedener Einkommensgruppen (E03 S02)
<div>In dieser Folge zu Gast: Lisa Mertensmeier, Real Estate Scientist und Alumna der HAWK. Sie spricht über ihr spannendes Experiment im Immobilienmanagement: Ziel des Experiments ist es, die (Wohn-)Segregation bei der Ortswahl zum Wohnen zu untersuchen.<br><br></div><div>Lisa erklärt, wie unterschiedliche Studien diese "Entmischung" bei der Wohnortwahl untersuchen. Ein Experiment wurde entwickelt, um den Einfluss ethnischer Faktoren und Einkommensungleichheiten auf Umzugsentscheidungen zu analysieren. Dabei werden fiktive Charaktere wie Jeffrey und Melanie genutzt, um individuelle Entscheidungen in Bezug auf Stadtteile zu simulieren.
