In episode 5, I continue the mental health series I started in episode 2. It’s now time for part 2 and this time I talk about depression. I cover the differences between anxiety and depression, contributing factors, and “toxic positivity”. Never heard of it?!, no worries. I break it down with several examples. I also cover the idea of seeing a therapist. It may never be the trendy option, but never mind that. Your mental stability is more valuable than someone’s negative opinion. Next in Karen’s Kommentary, I talk about Dogecoin. You may have seen it making headlines recently as being a popular cryptocurrency. Well, it wasn’t always making big moves as it is today, so I had to speak about it. Thanks to the tweets from Elon Musk and social media hype, it looks as though Dogecoin has some solid footing and is here to stay. Music used in this episode: (opening/closing song) Snoop Dogg Feat.
