Mike Kijanski - is an MC, personal assistant, talent logistic coordinator, and former student of The Groundlings Theatre & School in Los Angeles. Mike, who is originally from Cleveland, Ohio got his first big break in the music industry a few years after high school when he was asked to help promote an upcoming album for a legendary group from his home state, Bone Thugs N Harmony which helped him gain recognition in the local music scene. He continued to create his own music and perform all over the midwest with some success before deciding to pack up his car and drive out west to Los Angeles to pursue a record deal. After arriving in LA he immediately started using his midwest “hustler” mentality to land a talent logistics job for a company who handled all of the talent movement for major events including The Grammy’s, The Emmy’s, The Oscars, People’s Choice Awards, BET Awards and many others. He’s continued to freelance for that logistics company for the last 10 years which has created endless memories and relationships with industry powerhouses that he might not of had the chance to come by organically. This unique opportunity eventually led to some amazing opportunities like becoming a full time assistant for A-List entertainers across music, tv and tech. Not only has Mike’s work ethic put him into rooms and situations with some of the most iconic people in their respective industries but with him continuing to pursue his own dreams along the way it has molded his story into not only a unique one but one full of unimaginable and priceless pieces of knowledge and advice for pursuing your dreams, finding happiness and how to truly become the best version of yourself.
