Real Life Shhh is about reclaiming our light, power, and WORTH! Some say, that I’ve been through hell and back, I say, I’ve just walked through many voids that have actually shaped me into the strong being I am today. On Real Life Shhh, we give credit to The Divine. Who is The Divine??? The Divine, is our higher power… some call The Divine, God, Jesus, Buddha, Mother Earth or Yeshua, these identities are all the same, one Source, one God… Some organizations will tell, that he goes one name, that is Jesus, if that is what you are comfortable with my love, so it is, in the end what ever you want to call it, Him, Them, Her, and so on is THE DIVINE, the light, the shadow, THE ALL. We are all divine spirits who chose to live here on this earth together at this exact time, our “purpose” is to become what The Divine has designed us to be, instruments for The Divine, for all of us to co-exsist, co-create and to ENJOY this gift called life here on earth while still being centered and connected to our real home, The Divine, The Vertical, The Light. </b></p><p><br></p><p> </p>

Faith over Fear
<p>It can seem like a scary world we live in today, with endless exposure to the media who drives fear down our throats with stories on violence, murders, disease, war, financial crisis, and so and so on, yes, the world can indeed be a scary place to live in, possibly causing you to live in a constant state of fear or anxiety… In this episode of Real Life Shhh... with Chrissy, I speak of recent events in both the public and my own personal life when I have gone down the rabbit hole and let fear drive me to almost make fear driven decisions that would have had a ripple effect that most likely would have made more real problems for me to struggle through than the fearful possibilities that never happened. Thank the Universe and Divine for reminding me of one of my favorite mantras…FAITH OVER FEAR! There Is No Rainbow Without The Rain
<p>After the holidays I admit that it took me a good 3 weeks of recovery in order to find my rhythm again, during the last week of December and 1st 2 weeks of January I struggled with feelings of disappointment, victimhood, depression and even anger. I actually felt all the other feelings of the spectrum as well leaving me quite tired and confused about how to get out of the slump that I was in. I quickly realized after I forced myself to go to the beach in order to connect with Gaia (mother nature) that I put all of my self-care rituals of daily exercise, meditation and self-care on the back burner, completely depleting me, so much so that even my physical body had had enough and was very sick for 3 weeks, I put others 1st and the idea of creating a nice holiday for everyone 1st. This disruption of my rituals that fuel me sent my system into havoc, however, it wasn’t until the day that I forced myself to the beach for me to recognize this and to also remember that we came here for the human experience, that means the full spectrum of colorful feelings including the not so nice and pretty feelings.
