Real, raw stories from men about how they have navigated the complexities of being a man in this modern day. How the “boys don’t cry” way of thinking has influenced them, and how they have risen above societal pressures to be true to themselves. We will talk about real-world experiences, not just theories and ideas, and I hope you will see you are not alone and learn from these men's lives.
Join me, Brandon Archer - father, athlete, mentor as I have real conversations with a variety of guests.

27-Leading himself to healing while modelling healthy manhood to his sons -Jesse Hampton
Jesse and I talk about going from being an anxious man, to one feeling solid in himself and owning our emotions. We get into what we want to proved for our sons, and I take away some excellent tips form him that I will use with my son. Jesse leads himself and his own healing, he is a true beacon of hope to men that want to see how far they can grow.
The act of introducing Himself as an artist, instead of his occupation or other status, has changed the way sees himself, his identity, and how he has moved towards his essence. He used this process in his journey to overcome many of the limiting beliefs he once held about what he was capable of. Jesse is the father of 3 teenage sons. Young men in training.
