   EPISODE 35 // I Was Waiting for a Job, But God Had a Different Assignment

   For 2.5 years, I waited for an opportunity, fighting against the only “job” God had placed in front of me, the invitation to become His full-time employee for two years… a.k.a. to be spent by Him. How God Provided When There Was Zero Sorry for all the auto-generated captions that lowercased 'God' they all should be capitalized. I thought I was waiting for God to open a door, when all along, He was asking me to surrender to the assignment/s He had already placed in front of me. This episode is a testimony of how God taught me that His provision is not always about giving you everything you want, it’s about showing you that He is more than enough. There were seasons when I didn’t know where the next opportunity would come from. I was waiting for a job. I tried building businesses. Some things worked for a while; others didn’t work at all. But somehow, I was never in lack. God kept providing. God kept sustaining. God kept reminding me that His timing is always on time. More than provision, He taught me how to live abundantly in Him, even before the circumstances changed. And this episode is especially for you if you’re: • Struggling to trust God in your current season • Hesitant to obey because you’re afraid you won’t have enough • Afraid that if you step out in faith, God won’t provide • Feeling God calling you higher but overthinking every possible way you could fail If God is the One calling you, He is also the One who can sustain you. He proved Himself faithful to me. And maybe He’s asking you to trust Him with your “zero” too.
