E86-S5 Behind the Curtain - Real Realities of Independent Agents now on REAL Siblings, It Ain't Easy
While being and independent real estate agents has its upsides with a great deal of autonomy and opportunities, it also comes with its challenges. We commonly hear "But you set your own schedule.",which is true. However. we are employees of our clients and as a result we have not only "one boss" but ideally several simultaneously and we need to meet each clients expectations and needs during an active negotiation and contract. This can make taking any personal time a bit of a challenge. Just a small peak behind the curtain, as Donna prepares for a lenghty road trip with numerous active clients and contracts.

E85-S5 Sometimes, a transaction is both Wrong & Right up next on REAL Siblings, It Ain't Easy
Despite all of our best efforts, not everything in a transaction flows smoothly. Today, as part one, the Siblings discuss how things can be Wrong - Wrong, between clients and agents and Right - Wrong. There are many ways this can go, and the hosts talk about events with the both Clients and Agents are wrong and then how the Clients may be right and the agent is wrong. Neither outcome or behavior in the relationship is beneficial, but still we all move together (after some resolution) to a common goal.
