<p>A quick conversation about being in survival mode, which can easily become an important mental health issue. It's a state of mind that's busy, where you're mentally in the past, worried about the future and not in the present, with overthinking about feeling SAFE. It can lead to loneliness, feeling isolated, and may come with depression symptoms. </p> <p>Tips for dealing include:</p> <p>1) Allow yourself to feel the feelings. Find the environment you need to do this, perhaps with a loved one or a health professional.</p> <p>2) Use it to connect with others feeling the same way, and if you can't find a way out of it then use it to serve mankind.</p> <p>3) Remember you are not alone.</p> <p><br></p> <p><br></p>
