<p>Hi guys!</p> <p>This is from summer 2019 when I first shared just what was going on and how bad of a place I found myself in, mentally. I'm sure some of you can relate to the depths of depression that hit me and can find comfort in the fact that you can find your way out of it too. It's a daily struggle but and some days I lose, but I like to think I win most of them.</p> <p>As my husband, Jack says "Tomorrow can always be a better day." I like to think so too.</p>

<p>Hi guys,</p> <p>Mom's, in general, put a lot of pressure on themselves to make sure everyone else in their family is taken care of. Leaving themselves last in the LONG list of priorities. But while this seems to be the only way to get through the day to day struggle it ends up taking a serious toll on our self-esteem, our identities, and our true role in motherhood.</p> <p>Think of it this way, your household is an airplane, if that plane loses cabin pressure you need to put YOUR oxygen mask on FIRST and <strong>then </strong>help take care of the others around you.</p> <p>We all fall into dark times and we don't always have the support structure around us to pull us out. Teaching ourselves on how to be our own main support system will help handle the life burdens when no one else is there.</p>
