About Reality Hits Mat

What happens when binge-worthy reality TV collides with someone who’s never seen it? In this podcast, a devoted reality-TV-loving wife sits down with her (mostly) clueless husband and walks him through the wildest episodes, messiest drama, and most unbelievable moments from popular reality TV shows. She breaks down the plots, the people, and the chaos—while he reacts in real time with shock, confusion, and questions. Part recap, part commentary, and part marital experiment, this show is a funny, honest look at reality TV through two very different lenses. Whether you’re a longtime fan or proudly “don’t watch that stuff,” you’ll laugh, cringe, and maybe see your favorite guilty-pleasure shows in a whole new way.

   045 - Secret Lives of Mormon Wives S4 E1

After a much needed break, Mat and Michelle return to the world of Secret Lives of Mormon Wives and they are glad they took the detour to Vanderpump Villa first because they are getting the behind the scenes leading up to the villa visit. Michelle is already over Jordan using every opportunity to make every situation about him and make him seem like the victim. Meanwhile Whitney and Jen are headed to LA for Dancing with the Stars. Hopefully Mat is prepared for all the DWTS chat moving forward!
