His work spans major secular artists including Snoop Dogg, Waka Flocka Flame, and Flatbush Zombies, as well as prominent Jewish artists such as Nissim Black, Yoni Z, and Noam Buskila.</p><p>Aaron graduated from Harvard College in 2019 and Harvard Law School in 2023. <p>Debra Kodish is the Founder of Keshet Capital, a global advisory firm established in 2000 that focuses on wealth management while continuing to provide strategic consulting, due diligence, and fundraising support; she also serves as a Director of Mill Creek Capital and a strategic advisor to MEOR. With more than 35 years of experience across finance, accounting, capital markets, fundraising, and wealth management, she has advised dozens of funds and companies that have collectively raised billions of dollars globally. </p><p><br></p><p>Previously, Debra was a founding team member and Senior Vice President of Sales and Research at Nessuah Zannex, an Israel-based investment banking firm affiliated with U.S. Bancorp Piper Jaffray, where she helped secure several hundred million dollars in foreign investment; the firm went public in 1998 and later became Excellence Nessuah. </p><p><br></p><p>Earlier, she spent four years as a CPA in Philadelphia before relocating to Israel in 1994, holds a BA in Accounting from The George Washington University, received her Israeli SEC license in 1996, served on the board of Premier Dental until its sale in 2024, and remains deeply committed to MEOR, a nonprofit she helped build over 17 years across more than 20 U.S. campuses. </p><p><br></p><p>MEOR is a non-profit organization that exists to educate, empower, and inspire the new generation of Jewish leaders.
