Selbstbewusstsein. Ja das ist ein Thema womit viele zu kämpfen haben. In dieser Folge nenne ich den Unterschied zwischen Selbstbewusstsein, Selbstwert, Selbstannahme und Selbstvertrauen. Ich würde mal behaupten, dass jeder irgendwann mal einen Vortrag halten muss. Egal ob in der Arbeit in der Schule in der Uni. Und dafür gebe ich dir meine Tipps an die Hand. Mit diesen Tipps wird dein Vortrag perfekt. Einen Tipp habe ich noch vergessen: wenn du vorne stehst, stelle dich mit beiden Beinen fest auf den Boden, Schultern zurück, mach dich groß! Und übe mit deinen Händen verschiedene Gesten, die deine Worte unterstreichen. Viel Spaß beim anhören
