The Comfort Zone Dilemma

Welcome to Realversation with Kore and Esther.

At the mention of the term, "comfort zone", a lot of people begin to think of everything negative. How do we recognize that? And when we do, what do we do about it? How do we make a change?

These and more are the questions we address in this episode. We hope you learn one or two things that will help you decipher if you are in a comfort zone and what you can do about it.

We love you.

Connect with us on Instagram @realversationwithkande

Feel free to send in any topics you will love us to get real and converse about.
