Podcast Overview

Hi! We’re Alyssa and Chauntae- best friends, moms, and your new favorite coaches helping women rebuild their body, health, and identity after kids. Alyssa is a homeschooling mom of two girls (1.5 and 4.5) and a certified Fitness Trainer, Nutritionist, and Sleep, Stress & Recovery Specialist. After years in boutique fitness management, she traded her business suit for early mornings, homeschool lessons, and the title of “CEO of her home.” She believes motherhood is the greatest leadership role a woman can step into. Chauntae is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), Law Enforcement Wife and mom to a two-year-old boy. With certifications in Functional Nutrition & Metabolism, Pre & Postnatal Coaching, and Fitness Training, she helps moms rebuild their bodies, health habits, and mindset to create true generational health. Together, we created The ReBuild Podcast! A show about the messy, in-between season of motherhood- that awkward bridge between who you were before kids and the woman you’re becoming now. It’s about releasing the old “girl boss grind” and stepping confidently into your role as the feminine leader of your home. Each week, we talk about sustainable fat loss, routines for the whole family, fitness, and the systems that build strong homes because our choices become our children’s environment. Let’s REBUILD Together!
