<p>Francine, is well acquainted with multitasking, juggling many aspects of her life</p> <p>simultaneously, and always managing to squeeze in just one more thing when</p> <p>asked. She has a degree in psychology but has always been drawn to alternative</p> <p>modalities, and as such, has certifications in various healing therapies. Francine</p> <p>works in finance and with the public, for over 30 years while simultaneously</p> <p>establishing her own part time business in the therapeutic field. Writing has</p> <p>always been in the background of Francine’s life. The pace of her life and the</p> <p>energy that was required from the demands of not only her job but her caretaking</p> <p>of family members were all amplified during the last couple of years with the</p> <p>onset of the pandemic.</p> <p>Francine’s house of cards came crashing down when her way of existing became</p> <p>no longer viable. Her denial of her burnout and acknowledging her anxiety and</p> <p>depression delayed her healing process. Grasping at what came innately to her,</p> <p>Francine returned to her love of writing as a means to express what she was</p> <p>hoarding deep within her. The result of which is her riveting debut book of poetry,</p> <p>“Emerging from the Chrysalis”. In her book, she captures and draws the reader</p> <p>into her journey from the erosion of her life, deep into the bowels of despair and</p> <p>hopelessness and the subsequent transformative healing process that her writing</p> <p>imbues.
