[…] So, yeah, you know, to be a good role model to them, we try to really not say certain words or focus on someone's appearance. When we step on the scale, we talk about how strong we are, not how much we weigh using numbers. And then just really like, you know, eating healthy and exercising, but not doing either to the extreme. Right. Okay. I love that. It's so hard as parents. I suffer with perfectionism as well, and I just want to get it right. I don't want to mess up and sometimes overthink it. So that's great advice. Parenting is the hardest job I've ever had.
