<p>Raquel shares her story from the beginnings of being sexually abused by a family member as a child, to the podcast series she created as a means to break free from the subsequent trauma and exploring life beyond the survivor narrative.</p><br><p>We discuss her transformation since releasing 'Silent Waves' - the podcast series which explores her own trauma and family circumstances. To her giving herself 'permission to find bliss', as she embarked on a new journey in Brazil. <p>Emily Campbell-Ross bravely shares her story of being raped by a man named Thomas Earle, he was found guilty and avoided jail time. This is her story.</p><br><p>Collectively as a community when the news of this sentence was brought into mainstream media, the women of Australia were absolutely outraged to see that yet again, people who convict sexual crimes were not being held accountable for them and getting off on them in the face of good character references and 'supportive family'.</p><br><p>Em and Madeleine go into detail in part 2 of the trial, Em's life following the assault and where she is today. We also incorporate as much laughter as possible - because if we don't laugh - we'll cry.
