The Reclaiming HER Resilience Podcast is a space for women healing from coercive control, relational, narcissistic, and spiritual harm, where your story is taken seriously, your grief is given room, and hope is not a platitude but an orientation. Hosted by trauma-informed story work and somatic attachment coach Robrenna Parker, each episode of this podcast weaves together her own healing journey, honest conversations with guests, and practical guidance for women ready to name what happened, grieve what was lost, and reclaim what was always theirs. This journey isn't about rebuilding from scratch; it's about discovering or rediscovering yourself, one story at a time.

Before You Unpack: Reclaiming HER Threshold S3 E 41
Before you move into the next room, relationship, or season of your life, do you clean first? In this episode, Robrenna uses the metaphor of cleaning a new place before unpacking to explore the residue we carry from past relationships, communities, and systems, as well as the residue others bring to our door. She shares what self-fidelity looks like as the practice of cleaning and releasing what isn’t ours, draws on Dr. Jennifer Freyd’s work on betrayal blindness to explore why that residue is so hard to see, and points to Dr. Steven Hassan’s Influence Continuum for what healthy influence looks like. She invites listeners to tend to their own space with compassion and to decide who crosses their threshold.

Do We Persist in What We Protest? Reclaiming HER Congruence S 3 Ep 40
This episode explores the gap between what we protest publicly and what we persist in or tolerate privately, whether at the dinner table, group chat, church, or within our closest circles. I trace how old wounds stored in our bodies can surface faster than our awareness and invite listeners to practice congruence by aligning what we stand for in public with what we practice in private. I also discuss why we repeat patterns that once kept us safe and how noticing body sensations gives us a chance to choose differently.

Oops, I Did It Again: How Found Myself in One High-Control Environment After Another S3 Ep 39
After a church, ministry, and marriage that worked in similar ways, I found myself in another high-control environment that looked like a sisterhood but wasn't. I name the architecture and mechanics of coercive control in these types of systems and spaces so you can recognize them too.
