Introduction of podcast: "Recognising strengths and breaking barriers with Fatima Nazir"

Coming from a South Asian culture, expressing was a no-go area.  However, I continue exploring life abroad and in Pakistan, while recognising my strengths and breaking the barriers inside out on my journey of self-discovery, growth and development.  I share my diverse experiences, thoughts and feelings on my journey of self-discovery. I started realising how empowering it is to connect with our purpose, with people around and speak out our feelings without getting trapped in the discomforts of shame they come up with. I feel when we start recognising our vulnerabilities as prospects of courage to do something we are passionate about we start knowing ourselves better. I started knowing the issues affecting me better when I started speaking up and became kind to myself. I believe when we connect and speak up, we realise we are not alone in our struggles. This recognition makes us feel we are just humans - imperfect and constantly learning. This podcast is about recognising strengths together and speaking up about the barriers inside out so that we become stronger to achieve our true potential. Let’s be kind, speak up and learn together!
