<p><a href="https://www.linkedin.com/in/dr-gleb-tsipursky/">Gleb Tsipursky</a> is the CEO of a consulting, coaching and training firm called Disaster Avoidance Experts. His mission is protecting recruiters from the dangerous judgement errors known as cognitive bias or that “gut” feeling.</p> <p>His newest bestselling book, which we discuss, is called Never Go With Your Gut: How Pioneering Leaders Make the Best Decisions and Avoid Business Disasters. Dr. Tsipursky will be releasing a new book in 2020 called The Blind Spots Between Us: How to Overcome Unconscious Cognitive Bias and Build Better Relationships. Dr. Tsipursky is a cognitive neuroscientist and behavioural economist and has served for seven years as a professor at the Ohio State University.
