A church that honours God through bringing His kingdom to the Sunshine Coast by making disciples through preaching and teaching God’s Word in the power of the Holy Spirit.
What if the greatest work God has ever done isn’t something He created around you, but something He created in you? In this episode, we explore the incredible reality of what it means to be a new creation in Christ. Jesus didn’t simply forgive our past and leave us trying to become better people—through His finished work, He gave us a completely new identity and a new nature in Him. Yet it can be easy to look at our behaviour, weaknesses and failures and conclude that we are still far from who God says we are. But when we begin to see ourselves through the truth of God’s Word, rather than through our feelings or circumstances, everything changes. We discover a new boldness to live, speak and walk as people who know who they are in Christ. You are not a work God is still trying to finish—you are His workmanship, a new creation, created in Christ Jesus. Don’t diminish what God has made. Learn to see yourself the way He sees you.

Made Sufficient Episode 4: Created with Purpose
Why are we here? What were we actually created for? In this episode, we go back to the beginning and explore the profound truth that humanity was created in the image and likeness of God—not by accident, but for relationship, fellowship and a life that reflects His nature on the earth. Sin distorted the way we saw ourselves and God, but Jesus came to restore what was lost and reveal who we were always created to be. As we learn to look to Jesus, we begin to see ourselves more clearly—to recognise that our purpose isn’t ultimately found in achievement, possessions, careers or what the world says about us, but in knowing our Creator and becoming like Him. You were created in His image, created for fellowship with Him, and created with a purpose far greater than you may realise. You were born to know Him. You were born to be like Him.

Made Sufficient Episode 3: Found in Him
Who are you when you strip away your achievements, failures, background, reputation and the opinions of others? In this episode, we explore the life-changing truth of what it means to be “in Christ.” Jesus didn’t come simply to make us a better version of who we were; He came to give us a completely new identity. We no longer have to live defined by our past, our performance, comparison or self-effort. In Christ, we are chosen, deeply loved, adopted into God’s family, made righteous by faith, created with purpose and given a secure future. The challenge is learning to identify with what God says about us, even when our feelings tell us something different. As we fix our eyes on Jesus and renew our minds to the truth of who we are in Him, we begin to live from our true identity rather than striving to create one for ourselves.
