Every Monday, a woman sits down with Jen Chenard and tells the real version of her story — the wins, the setbacks, the lessons that only showed up in hindsight, and the moments that took real courage.
Jen left twenty years in corporate healthcare to build this. She isn't a coach or an expert. She asks the questions nobody asks these women in public, then gets out of the way.
Guests are women in the middle of something — leaving a career, starting over, writing the book, doing the thing that scared them.
New episodes every Monday.
Put It Down Here: The Room Where Women Stop Pretending - Girl Dinner | Caitlin Wilkinson
he put fifteen hundred dollars into a room she wasn’t sure anyone would walk into. Seventy women came.
In this episode of Redefining Her Game, Jen Chenard sits down with Caitlin Wilkinson, founder of Girl Dinner — a social club with purpose built on one invitation: let’s get real over dinner. Caitlin sat with the idea for almost ten years while she rebuilt her life after leaving an abusive marriage. When she finally ran the first event, she hoped thirty women might come and hoped to raise fifteen hundred dollars. Seventy came and they raised almost six thousand.
We get into what actually happens when a woman walks through the door, why nothing you arrive carrying is too much, and the part nobody posts about: what it really costs to keep a room like this running.
WHAT WE COVER
• Why “no dues, no membership, no pressure” was a decision, not an accident
• What she needed when she was in the worst of it that nobody gave her
• The first time she said out loud that she was in an abusive relationship
• Why joy belongs in a room built for hard conversations
• The real maths — two thousand dollars, recycled five events deep
• Why she sells out events with under five hundred followers
• The November 8th fundraiser for Fourth Tri Sanctuary

Violinist to Farmer: She Bought the Land Sight Unseen | Corrie — Redefining Her Game #9
Corrie was a professional violinist, born and raised in Southern California. Then she started looking into what was actually in the food she was feeding her six-month-old — and couldn't find anywhere near her to buy farm fresh eggs from.
So she and her husband bought a farm in Tennessee, a state neither of them had ever set foot in, off a video walkthrough filmed by a realtor they'd never met. She was pregnant with their second. Days after they moved in, her husband lost his job. Their families didn't want them to go.
This one is about trusting yourself anyway, leaning on your faith, and what it actually takes to build the life you said you wanted — learning along the way.
WHAT WE COVER
- Why she couldn't source a single farm fresh egg in Carlsbad, and what that set off
- Buying forty acres sight unseen in a state they'd never visited
- The breeder who refused to sell them a guardian dog until they had something for him to protect
- Teaching herself to hand-milk a cow she still has to greet every morning before the cow will follow her in
- The video she filmed while milking that hit eight million views overnight
- What a farm actually costs — over an hour of chores before anyone gets a coffee
- The app she and her husband are building to connect people straight to local farmers

What Holding It Together Actually Costs — Christina Parise
She held it together for thirty-five years. Then she found out there was a reason.
Christina Parise, LCSW, is a therapist, clinical supervisor and the founder of Clear Mind Counseling, a group practice specialising in ADHD, anxiety and trauma. She was tested as a child and told she didn't have ADHD, and spent the next two decades believing the problem was her. When she finally went looking for an answer, fifteen therapists in a row told her they couldn't give her one.
We get into why so many women are finding this out in their thirties and forties and not before, what an ADHD assessment actually looks like, why rejection sensitivity gets mistaken for social anxiety, and what masking costs the woman who's been holding it together for everybody else. And the question Jen asked that she didn't expect to end up answering herself — what a woman grieves when she finally gets an answer.
Find Christina at @adhdwithchristina on Instagram and TikTok, and at christinaparise.com. Her community, Held It Together, is open now for women 30 and up who have an ADHD diagnosis or suspect they might.
