We've been doing some restructuring, reimagining, and realigning here on rediscover, and this month's episode is the first of many that will focus on a singular topic through the lens of three distinctive arenas of life - our past experiences, present encounters, and ways we can expand that topic to create change in the future. This month, we're focusing on connection.
What is it? What does it mean to us? Where have we uncovered experiences in our past that reveal missed opportunities to find and cultivate connection? What does this concept mean to us in the present, and how do we see ourselves moving forward to expand our connections with others in the future? Connections are the heartbeat of our lives, and the communities that we build as a result have the power to sustain us through every human experience.
In times of joy and sadness, through every challenge and victory, it is our connections with one another that help recenter us. In every season, they guide us to rediscover who we were, remind us of who we are, and are the ones we rely on to encourage us as we continue on the journey toward becoming who we're meant to be.

rediscover is officially back and we missed you all very much! After a busy summer of transformation, we are getting grounded and centering back to one of our favorite constants in life - this podcast! Today we will reflect on things that make us feel right at home such as a place, person, perspective, creative outlet, or even a TV show!
Specifically, we're talking about a cozy new apartment, tons of wedding updates, Emily in Paris reflections, and even welcoming a cameo from Kristen's fiance, Anthony!
