In this latest episode of Reel Critical, I give you my raw, fresh out of the theater reaction to Magazine Dreams. This movie happens to star my favorite working actor, Johnathan Majors. But I promise I'm not biased, he's just that good.

Across the Spider-Verse Pt.1
In this episode, we talk (spoiler free by the way) about the movie of the year: Spider-Man Across the Spider-Verse. This movie touched me in so many different ways and reminded me why I love movies so much. I adored every single frame of this movie. The creators took such wonderful care of Miles and every other character in the movie. I can not wait for the final movie, Beyond the Spider-Verse. But before we get ahead of ourselves, go get tickets to see it!!!! I also give brief reviews on The Little Mermaid and Guardians Vol. 3 . Let's get into it!!!!!

Why do Fools Fall in Love
Today I talk about a film that I've loved since I was a kid. Admittedly, I probably had no business watching this at 6 years old. Anyway, I think this film deserves more recognition that it gets because of it's performances. It dives into the lives of Frankie Lymon and his three previous wives. They fight over the rights to his estate after his death. The film is full of fantastic performances, great music and some really good comedic moments. I think it's something that lots of people will enjoy if they give it a chance. And Larenz Tate is absolutely phenomenal in the role of Frankie.

Oh, Mr. Wick. It's nice to see you again. It's been far too long.
So, I had the wonderful opportunity to see John Wick Chapter 4 on Tuesday night. Man, I loved it so much. This is a top tier franchise and deserves to make all the money. I'll go and see John Wick movies until Keanu is sick of making them. This episode is really quick, just my general thoughts and letting you guys know whether the movie is worth your time this weekend. SPOILER FREE!!!!

Welcome to the Show!
I finally did it! I started a Film Podcast! After what feels like forever, I have finally worked up the courage to share my movie opinions with the world. After all my years of procrastination, I am going to be going deep into what I feel about these films completely unfiltered. You'll learn what I like, what I don't like and you'll even learn about films that you didn't know about. My main goal is to open up a dialogue with more people about movies. I just love talking about movies and I'm glad you're taking the time to listen.
