sooooooo, are we talking MOTY yet??? because, I really loved this movie. nathan for you really showed up to work. do you think billy knew about him and Liz??? i've got nothing more to say-- this movie was awesome and I wasn't really paying attention to the memes this episode. i was LOCKED IN.

Is Digger ACTUALLY good or is it Oscar Bait?

welcome back king(s), if I can even call you that. it's been a couple of weeks... glad you got my multiple emails. yeah, I know we have a rough relationship, but i really enjoy roasting you every week so no more breaks. i binge watched love on the spectrum, 4 seasons of survivor, and the entirety of dexter waiting on new content. don't make me go through that again. lanterns review, blah-- endgame:encore discussion-- boring, random game where elwood knows like zero percent of the movies... yeah, that tracks. DIGGER! YES. FINALLY. a movie worth the controversy. personally, i hated it. what is it supposed to be: anti drill or anti government? couldn't really understand who was right as both sides made sense. maybe that was the point. wait, am i just now learning about a nuanced opinion? btw, what's up with that cat? did SAG pay him appropriately? we get it, you guys are busy. however, i don't care. no excuses. get back to it. we need more shorts, just a reminder.

His Wife's Favorite MCU Movie is ____???? | Reel Friends 014

welcome to the podcast, @smileyriley. you get the privilege to hear the podcast before anyone else does, even me, so i'd like to pick your brain about some of the stuff they verbally edit out before they even start filming. like, what crazy stuff do you hear them say when the camera isn't on? what are their politics? do they support ukraine? israel or palestine? who are they... really??? i'm jk, this is a film and tv podcast. why should i care. good takes btw. i absolutely LOVE age of adeline. adaline? idk, i'm not looking it up. matilda rocks as well. we need more takes from you next time. maybe some HOT takes if you have any. elwood has publicly stated you have some good ones, so let's get into it more next time. hey pepsi hat, can you stop eating a drinking so obnoxiously on the podcast??? i have to sit and watch you eat while i'm muting and unmuting you and contemplating a full screen of elwood and riley bc of how ANNOYING it is when you eat a bagel. just have breakfast like the rest of us: before you publicly present yourself or not at all. elwood, you did great this episode. no notes. glad ur back in the hat.

Are we glazing Lanterns too much??? | Reel Friends 013

okay, hold up, i really liked the soundtrack game you guys played. organize it more for the next time and I think you have a really good segment on your hands. petition for hatless elwood to wear that blanket thing more often??? hardcore agree with that marvel tierlist. phase 1 was awesome. can't wait for phase 2. keep up the tierlists and i think we have a regular segment for future episodes, regardless of topic. it's engaging. it's fun. i want more fun. make it happen. i can confirm, there was no payoff for the blue pen. and yes, i watched the entire thing just to check. no payoff whatsoever. also, subscribe to theme park daddies and camrin peters music. will link them below. these are our boys and we must support. https://www.youtube.com/@UCrcA_FNJiKvY_d4BHpsuJ-Q (https://www.youtube.com/@UCrcA_FNJiKvY_d4BHpsuJ-Q) https://www.youtube.com/@UC5CbuP4Z7UsUpizvrYjuO5Q (https://www.youtube.com/@UC5CbuP4Z7UsUpizvrYjuO5Q) wow, i've been really nice writing this up. who would've thought. have a great day i guess, time for lunch.

Blind Ranking with Big Ben | Reel Friends 012

so you guys felt the need to have another guest? did you guys proof his set or audio by the way? it was kind of rough if you ask me... but what do i know, i'm just a subjective third party on this show. can't you just enjoy a movie about dinosaurs and shut off your brain every once in a while??? why does EVERYTHING need to be such a criticism. i've got stuff to do so that's all i got for this write up of this episode. go do another blind ranking if you guys have so much free time and such little brain power.

Ex-Roomate Debates Our Hot Takes | Reel Friends 011

okay chat, they FINALLY found someone to debate their absolutely insane Spider-Man: Brand New Day takes... and boy does he defend them. that makes up for his lack of female singer ball knowledge... we'll skim right over that so the feminist's don't attack him in the comments. at least paramore was in the conversation? blue flannel boy, we need more lore on the "ex-roomate situation" you kept mentioning this episode? did you guys have a falling out? did someone make the other one mad? what happened here to cause such blatant animosity through the microphone? i need more info. and YOU, lack of elwood hat, MAD RESPECT for standing on business with your Spider-Man takes. it's been weeks of negative feedback on your takes and yet you stand on what you said in the first review. way to hold your own and now cow in the face of public opinion. i'm really proud of you. keep it up, you're the only reel one on this podcast (aside from the guests of course). here's a link to his channel since i guess we do plugs... https://www.youtube.com/@UCoZuua30-YqB2tuoTSuGepA (https://www.youtube.com/@UCoZuua30-YqB2tuoTSuGepA) ^^^this is a travel channel set in orlando. check it out. otto's is a dope place to vibe.

Lanterns Review | Reel Friends 010

welcome to this week's glorious episode of reel friends, where two glorious reel friends discuss a lot of glorious topics in a glorious fashion on the glori-- okay i'll stop... but you get the point right? you boys must have gotten a lot of heat from the last episode to be back walking your brand new day opinions so drastically-- i'm looking at you four eyes. at least elwood could take the heat with some of his takes. you could learn a lot from him about integrity and standing on business. however, i'm glad you liked it more (even if it's performative for the internet). elwood, what did spidey ever do to you to deserve such hate? i'm glad you guys liked the first two episodes of LANTERNS. i've heard some good stuff (not from you guys) and I think i'll give it a shot tonight. i have some buffalo wings and an ice cold can CZ (coke zero) waiting for me. i'll report back if it's any good. btw, who's dad is this? always nice to hear what you guys have been watching. i hope you stay entertained with the never ending stream of content we consume every single day. you know what, you guys should touch grass every once in a while. i hear it's good for you.

   D23 Discussion | Reel Friends 009

okay, i guess mickey mouse is planning to watch every marvel film in chronological order to get caught up for doomsday... should I even make a comment on that? and why the heck is headphones drinking out of the worlds tiniest cup? like, i saw you refill that thing multiple times. i can't imagine that's a practical way to enjoy a beverage. yes, you guys need to re-review brand new day. you are incorrect in almost every single take, except maybe the one on how [redacted] was able to make that insanely unrealistic shot on [redacted] at the end of the movie. do you guys hate fun or something? go back and try to enjoy it you rage baiter's. i will agree with your take on live action lilo and stitch 2. just shut it down already. no more live action remakes. i'd rather see olaf get a gf than ANOTHER live action stitch animation. i'd even take cars 4. welcome back boys, it's good to make fun of you guys again. keep giving us horrible takes and i'll keep flaming you guys.

Spider-Man: Brand New Day Review | Reel Friends 008

so, you guys didn't like the new Spider-Man movie. very unique to have such a bold opinion. what, do you guys hate fun??? this movie was awesome and a true to form street level Spider-Man story. did you guys just not get it or something? sounds like a skill issue because this movie was spectacular. try harder next time. bro, this is the worst your guy's podcast has ever sounded. isn't the saying, "video follows audio" a thing in this industry? if that's the case, WHY ON EARTH aren't you prioritizing the way this is supposed to. i expected more from you clowns. the next in person better be better than this... because yikes...................... i really hope yu guys can get in theaters and watch this one again because the internet is not gonna like y'all after this one. this might be the worst take i've ever heard on the internet, and i was around during 2025 kanye controversy. literally no one agrees with you guys. shut it down. #spiderman #marvel #tomholland #zendaya #superhero #trending #fyp #fypシ #viral #movie #cinematic #xmen #review #filmreview #podcast #discussion TIMESTAMPS 00:00 Intro/Non Spoilers 00:14 Spoilers 00:20 ok... Spider-Man: No Way Home Re-Review | Reel Friends 006

sooo, I guess cherry bomb and spidey-nike felt the need to make an entire episode focused on the ever-present glazing of the MCU. we get it, he can shoot webs from his wrist. he's pretty strong and can climb walls. there were three of them and stan lee approves. how long until enough is enough..... can't you guys review an obscure a24 film or something from neon? maybe a blind buy from criterion? literally anything that isn't involved with the big purple and green guys who like smashing things. OMG, you guys should review funny games. i've heard it's a cult classic and very introspective.

The Odyssey Review | Reel Friend 005

apparently EVERYTHING in The Odyssey was "interesting" to these two guys who are reely friends on this week's episode of reel friends. like literally, and I'm not even exaggerating, every other sentence was about how this scene was interesting or how this character did something interesting, or how when u really think about something for longer than 10 seconds the discussion get's really interesting. we get it, you think the story was interesting. you think it's deeper than it really is and it's making your brain work a little bit harder than normal-- let's move on. honestly, this is just a discussion on the odyssey so I've got nothing else for you on this one. the Taco Bell hate was real tho. four-eyes really doubled down on that one. sorry Elwood, but I don't think Taco Bell's gonna come knocking anytime soon. plus five points for the outfits... i'll give you clowns that.

Christopher Nolan Rankings | Reel Friends 004

hold up, hold up, hold up-- tenet's his worst movie. you guys aren't allowed to hype it up and act like it's good... because it's not. i could hardly even hear the dialogue and mr. headphones over here is trying to act like that's a sound effect in itself. no. it's not stylistic and i'm tired of pretending it is. get over yourselves. elwood does have a valid Nolan ranking, even if he's only ranking from the FOUR Nolan movies he's seen. just rewatch inception bro. get yourself a coke-zero, snuggle up with your ipod touch, and watch the movie the way Nolan intended: not asleep half way through. yeah, you guys talked about Dune 3, but are you sure you're excited to see it? you were't screaming like twitch screamers or geeking out through the trailer. do you guys even like the dune saga??? i am rooting for you guys, i hope you know that. you just make it so hard to say something nice when you have takes like these.

    Spider-Man Rankings | Reel Friends 003

who let these two rank Star Wars? i thought this was a Spider-Man discussion... are they stupid??? elwood also come through with a somewhat agreeable take on Electro. as an objective viewer, Electro is my favorite character in any Spider-Man movie. i'd have him at #1 if I could, but that wouldn't fly. good take tho. aren't these guys in video production? i should NOT be hearing crunchies if you guys know what your doing?

Supergirl Review | Reel Friends 002

singular chained elwood and average tenet enjoyer discuss supergirl in this week's episode of... hold up-- hold-- wait a second. should men really be weighing the pros and cons of a woman's struggle to find herself? all on the silver screen? ah, who cares... they did it anyways. btw, one of them rated last jedi TOP 3 star wars and the other one chose a MARVEL MOVIE over INTERSTELLAR. sorry film bro's, this is not the podcast for you.

Disclosure Day Review | Reel Friends 001

how many "um's" and "aaaand's" can orange shirt fit into one video? apparently not enough. next time try to sound educated. meanwhile, elwood doesn't think empire is the best star wars movie-- fake film bro. someone delete his letterboxd account. who are these guys? one of them has only seen like one other spielberg and the other kind of enjoyed ready player one... please, please stop letting them out of the house. also, orange shirt, lose the glasses if ur gonna use a ring light. rookie mistake.
