In vier und fünf Wochen ist es so weit: Unsere UPPs stehen an – die Prüfungsstunden, auf die im Ref alles hinausläuft. Und als wäre das nicht schon aufregend (und ein bisschen nervenaufreibend) genug, hat Lea danach auch noch eine mündliche Prüfung. Vorher geht’s für uns aber erstmal… auf Klassenfahrt. Wie wir mit dem mentalen Druck umgehen, obwohl wir ihn eigentlich gar nicht so groß machen wollen, welche Prüfungsthemen uns beschäftigen – und warum wir trotzdem manchmal einfach nur lachen müssen – das erzählen wir euch in dieser Folge. <p>In dieser Folge sprechen wir über zwei wichtige Meilensteine: Celine hat ihren letzten Unterrichtsbesuch erfolgreich hinter sich gebracht und ihren ersten Arbeitsvertrag für nach dem Referendariat unterschrieben!</p><p>Wir teilen unsere persönlichen Eindrücke und Gefühle zum nahenden Ende des Referendariats und sprechen darüber, wie wir diesen intensiven Abschnitt unseres Lehrerinnenberufs erlebt haben. Zudem widmen wir uns dem Thema „Unterricht öffnen“: Was bedeutet es, den Unterricht zugänglicher und transparenter zu gestalten, und welche Vorteile hat es für uns als Lehrende sowie für unsere Schüler*innen? Ein Blick auf die Zukunft und ein ehrlicher Austausch über das, was uns gerade im Refileben bewegt.</p>
