The Refining Daughter podcast is a safe space for deeper level conversations. We are still in the midst of figuring it out and we want to encourage the everyday woman in light of how God is currently working in our life. We will cover a wide range of topics, all of which fall under the umbrella of living intentionally and being growth minded, as a daughter of the King.

Basically, the impact you have on this world, all starts from within your heart. The things you do, carry its biggest power when your heart is soft & pure - this takes a ton of conscious effort and yields the most beautiful fruit.

Prayer Sisters
In this episode we host our very first guest and it's so special! My close friend Ana and I - Yolanda, have been on a prayer sister journey the last couple of months and its proving to be completely life changing. We have felt strongly that finding a prayer sister is something we need to encourage other woman in because of how powerful it is. Woman need this!!! So tune in to hear where this started, how it's going, and what we're learning.

It may seem small or insignificant but the blessing God has in store for you is too big to bypass. Based on our own experience, it is far better than you can even begin to imagine.

Navigating Postpartum
Postpartum for most mothers is a wild season of unexpected blessings and challenges, fallen expectations and intense growth, and a rollercoaster of new emotions and thoughts to go right along with it. In a season where the days can seem to drag on, full of constant neediness and responsibility, we wanted to give you hope and insight into what we’ve learned (and are currently still learning) through our postpartum periods. In this episode, Yolanda and Susie share a bit about postpartum and personal experiences within it, as well as bringing different perspectives together on navigating its challenges. We also talked about Susie’s new Postpartum Mental Health Guide that she created in the midst of her second postpartum period to help herself rise above the challenges she was facing.
