[…] Because they're a closing company. This is a very unique transaction. Some have experience, but many don't. And even if they've done it once or twice, this is really good at it. And you know, we talked about, you know, transferring the deed over, just signing the deed over. And he was like, no, let's do a legit closing because it does come across predatory, even if that's not what you mean by just signing the deed over. And if you do a real closing, even though you're taking over the mortgage payments, it shows that you litage legitimately trying to help these people. And you know, sometimes we'll do some profit share on the back side as well to kind of do some incentives that which helps us as well and helps them. […]
