Ep 23: Building Inclusive Communities Through Housing, Advocacy & Connection
Guest: Margot Greenlee
In this episode, Margot Greenlee shares her journey in working towards building affordable and inclusive communities where people of all ages and abilities can live, connect, and flourish. As Executive Director at Our Stomping Ground (OSG), Margot works at the intersection of affordable housing, disability advocacy, and community programming.
She explains how OSG was created and highlights some of the challenges families with a person with developmental disabilities may face —especially long-term caregiving responsibilities, isolation, financial pressure, and the complexity of accessing services. What began as a grassroots all-volunteer effort has now grown into a nimble team and network of partners working together to create housing opportunities and community programs that supportindependence and belonging.
We invite you to listen in and learn how a simple concept, that community itself can be infrastructure, and how that has the power to change lives.

Ep. 22: Chronically Employed: Creating Accessible Employment Opportunities for All
In this episode, Tiffany Swift, CEO and co-founder of Chronically Employed, shares her personal journey of living with chronic illness and how it led her to build an organization dedicated to helping chronically ill and disabled people access meaningful, flexible employment. Living with ME/CFS (chronic fatigue syndrome), Tiffany experienced firsthand how rigid workplace structures often force talented individuals out of work entirely.
Alongside her co-founder Katie Plumtree, who lives with endometriosis and fibromyalgia, Tiffany founded Chronically Employed to create safer pathways into remote and flexible work. What began as a small community space has grown into a thriving organization supporting over 1,300 members through training, confidence-building, recruitment, and employer education. This conversation explores the realities of chronic illness in the workplace, the myths around reliability and productivity, and how remote work can unlock an overlooked talent pool.
This episode invites listeners to rethink what “work” can look like and how accessibility, flexibility, and trust benefit both individuals and organizations.
