Welcome to your Relationship Atlas, a space designed to help you map out, navigate, and effectively confront the ever-changing terrain of your intimate relationships.
EP 034: A Mans Pregnancy Experience & Its Relational Impact
While the title is catchy, the premise of todays conversation is to describe my experience through our pregnancy journey. Naturally, and rightfully so, the majority of the energy and space is given to the one who is actually pregnant. But what is not often discussed or welcomed is the internal world of the partner, yet this plays a huge impact on the 10 month process together. It also contributes heavily to how things are processed once the little one is born. There is a lot to learn, process, and grow through.
Listen in as I walk you through my experience so far, the challenges I have been invited into, and ultimately how Gabby and I have walked together through this process. No pain olympics - just reality, transparency, and microscopic truths.
